We are going looking tomorrow for the first time!!

We are going to look at some coop open houses tomorrow - really just to get an idea. We are both kind of clueless, but I think it will be fun to finally start. I'm excited!

We're actually not going today...

DH got a call to play softball and he really wanted to go so I said he could... but now I'm sitting here bored. I made him promise to go next Saturday and Sunday.... I earn points for this.

I know how you feel - I hate it when we make plans to go see a place and they fall through - but i do agree - you definitely earn points - Let us know how it goes next weekend -

ETA: Can you go to an open house without a RE agent?

I made him swear to go next weekend... we are looking Bayside or Whitestone...

And I have no idea if we need a real estate agent for an open house? I didn't think so, but does anyone know for sure?
