What about the Queens Botanical gardens on Main Street?

Forest Park?

Whitestone Park or Fort Totten for pics with the bridge in the background

Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park

Not in Queens but probably not that long of a drive.

What's wrong with Flushing Meadows?!
They have plenty of nice spots for pictures...I love the whole idea of having pictures there...It's VERY Queens!
The Botonical Gardens--I second that!
The Queens Zoo might be fun!
I found Fort Totten to be icky.

I was also going to reccomend Whitestone.

THere are no places in Flushing MEadows? You could get some cool pics with the globe! (I'm picturing in my head some b&W pics!)

I say not Flushing meadows cause we already planned to do it there. And I am already having pics in front of the globe, (he proposed to me at the globe

just thought of another -

there's a sculpture park in Astoria, I think it's called Socrates park. That might be good for some cool pics.

my FAV. spot in whitestone..
right by fort totten .. on the rocks with the water and the bridge!! sooooo beautiful!!!

I was going to suggest the Botanical Gardens in Flushing. My uncle took pics there when he got married. They had a nice little gazeebo area.

How about in LIC on the water by the heliport (I think it is a heliport)? It isn't far at all from Flushing Meadows Park and you get the NYC skyline in the pictures. I would call the heliport to find out more - not sure if they still do it or if there is a fee. My mom works at a restaurant on the water there and she recommends her brides go there and she said she sees brides there all the time.
