Baby shower gifts for the older sibling

My SIL is having a baby shower in March, she never had one with my Niece but that was because it was a rough pregnancy for her. I wanted to give my niece some gifts, but I have no ideas. For Christmas I bought my niece a double stroller with twin dolls (a boy and a girl) and this kid has more dolls than Toys R Us. Any suggestions (I already bought her the 'I'm the Big Sister' shirt) Any creative ideas?

How old is she?

If she is old enough to understand maybe make her a coupon book of this you will do just with her. So when the baby comes she will get some special time with you
