Mini-Review of George Washington Manor

I just went to a bridal shower there on Saturday and just wanted to say that the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons of food too! We had a fresh fruit cup and loaves of cinnamon raisin and plain white bread, followed by a green salad. For the main course, I had london broil, mixed vegetables, and this delicious potato concoction (I think they were whipped and twice baked or something). Then, there was a cup of delicious vanilla ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream. They certainly saved the best for last because the cake that followed the ice cream... delicious! It was white cake with chocolate mousse filling and this thick layer of hardened chocolate as the 'frosting' - so good! If you're getting cake from them, you have nothing to worry about! :o)
