Necklace w/Chandelier earrings

I noticed most times ladies skip the necklace when they wear long dangle earrings- what do you think?


I'm at work so I can't post pics.

I'd say no in general.. but it also depends on the dress, the more simple the dress, the more jewelry you can add, but still remember most times, less is more.. (JMO)
