#1 Lightly bread chicken cutlets and fry until golden.
#2 In a baking pan, line up the chicken cutlets
#3 Put a layer of sliced deli ham
#4 Put a layer of asparagus (already steamed)
#5 Top with sliced swiss cheese
#6 Bake at 350 until cheese is melted
#7 Top with Hollindase Sauce if desired (from package of course!)

Variations:
grilled chicken (no breading) instead of fried
spinach instead of asparagus
mozzarella instead of swiss
brown gravy instead of Hollindase
