Favor question-- candy too?

below is my favor. Seed packets in pot (one per couple). Now should i also get chocolates or almonds or some kind of sweet to go with it? (one for each person)

the guys may feel cheated getting something they may not use...

I don't think you need anything additional...if you want to spend the money, you can, but I don't think it's necessary. I'm sure the guys don't care about the favors.

I am also doing flower pots with seeds. I debated this myself. But usually the guys don't give a cr*p about the favor anyway! I wouldn't worry about it!o

i know my fh never notices the favor.... i dont think the men would care... if you want you could put the 5 almonds for good luck in the pot...

My FSIL makes chocolate, so i would probably help her do them... and it probably wouldn't be too expensive.

ANother option is to give chocolate flower lollipops to just the moms, instead of real flowers (its mothers day). Still debating.

Thanks for the input. i was just afraid the pots were 'not enough' for a favor. (even though i did work on them for almost a year off and on. my blood sweat and tears)

I am doing almonds along with my favor because my fiance is italian and his family would have a heart attack if we didn't give them out...

Flowers for the moms would be a very nice thing...since it's mother's day!
