OK.... I've been doing weight watchers for almost two weeks and I havent lost anything!!

I've been doing weight watchers for almost two weeks and I havent lost anything!! My fiancee says I look thinner, and I do feel a bit thinner,... but the scale hasnt budged! Anyone have this experience?!?!?!? I'm frustrated and ready to give up!
