I brought one of my BM to Adriennes in Islip just to try on.... they have a huge selection...

we found about 8 that we absolutely loved
but here are two that we are sooooo in love with

we went to paradise bridal in patchogue afterwards but nothing compared... they weren't very helpful!!! as a matter of fact.. they didn't even help us

I've heard Lillettes in Baldwin is nice and the Commack bridal Center. When we went for gowsn for my sister's wedding, we had a bad experience with Bridal Reflections (were we bought from) and we didn't like the other places we looked, which were David's and Flowerama.

David's has a lot fo selection and great prices, but we felt the fabric quality was not up to par with some of the desigenr gowns.

The lady at Flowerama was not very nice to us and I wasn't crazy about their selection..

Just my experiences

but I've heard good things about Lillettes and Commack..oh and RK Bridal

The Baldwin wedding center on Merrick Rd. in Baldwin. We went all over and they had great service and selection and prices. Good luck!

One word of advice...do NOT go to David's. It was a zoo and they were no help and their fabrics were crap overall it was a nightmare.

We ended up going to Bridal Suite in Patchogue. Not sure yet if I would reccomend them but we found a dress we all loved there so we ordered it.

they are beautiful... well they are a bit$$$$$ but Adriennes caps alterations at 60$

we were just going to try on dresses there.. i didn't think we would get them there because of horror stories i have heard.. but i have to admit they were soooo sooo nice
so we will see

they don't have all of vera wangs dresses but they are a little bit cheaper than they are on the website and if you get your dress there y9ou get 10% off BM dresses ( i was told even if you didn't but have a certain amount of girls in your BP they will give you 10% anyway

i am going to see if BURTON's can order vera wang because that is where i ordered my dress

Vera Wang BM gowns are beautiful! You can' t go wrong with either one.

i couldn't get a vera wang dress so i wanted my BM to have one hahaha

they start at $6000 at Vera wang... for minimal material

There was a website say they had VW at 75% off. lowest i saw was 1000

It was size 10 though

That is cool - let me know how it goes - i am probably getting my dress from Botticelli - they have VW dresses also - but they cap their alterations for VW dresses at $75 - and that is just insane!
