Yes - it happened to me, I have a wonderful 6 year old son right now!!
eta: I was on the pill for a few years at the time.

Brideinapril: How long did it take you to realize that you were pregnant? Had you had any breakthrough bleeding during that time? What were your symptoms?
Sorry for all the quesitons. I am probably just being paranoid.

a friend of mine got PG with 3 of her 4 kids while either on the pill or Depo shot.

Sorry for all the quesitons. I am probably just being paranoid.
I realized it about 3 weeks in when my boobs got swollen and sore, no breathrough bleeding. I just all of a sudden got really tired, I could not keep my eyes open. I remember it so clearly!!! I took a HPT and it immediately said I was preggo.

Thanks for the info. I should have gotten my period either yesterday or today. I am feeling cramps, so maybe it is just a little late. I had skipped my period twice with my pills for the wedding and also for another event, and then I had some breakthrough bleeding a few weeks ago. I don't think it will come to this, but when should you take a pregnancy test (how many days after your missed period?)?

Its probably because of the wedding and screwing around with the pills. Thats happended to me before!

Thanks! I need some reassurance. DH and I have kind of decided that we don't want children (We have other plans in life) so this would throw everything off.

My Mom got pregnant with my brother why she was on the pill and taking it correctly or so she claims.

Isn't the pill something like 98% effective...so I guess there's always that 2% chance...or whatever the percent is.
