if u r doing floating candles or make ur own cp's

who sets them up during the reception, someone in ur fam or the hall? like scattering all the rose petals where u want them or putting water in the centerpiece bowls??

My BM told me that his staff will take care of that stuff as long as I leave them directions on how I want it done.

We have a wedding planner (Jody from Simplicity planning). She will be doing that stuff for us. I found her on this site. She is great!
