Looking for a house to rent for my sister

My sister is moving back to NY from TX and is bringing her boyfriend, her cat, and her 92 pound dog. Needless to say, my mother is not thrilled about having all four of them move into her house temporarily (although Dad is jumping for joy), and I promised my sister I would help her find a house that she and her boyfriend can rent since she has the dog and most apartments would not allow a big dog. She will be working in Farmingdale and is willing to go east or west.

If anyone knows of any houses for rent, please let me know. She's moving back at the beginning of July and probably won't have the cash for security deposit and first month's rent until August or so.
