Anyone heard of rebeccarode.com?

I saw a beautiful bridal gown (on one of the LIW boards, thanks!) and did a search on the internet for it - found it at RK Bridal - price listed in the $700's . . . also found it listed on this Texas store website - www.rebeccarode.com - also called 'A Lovely Bride.' They were advertising the same exact dress for over $200 less. When I emailed them about the price discrepancy, this is what I received:

I must say we all laughed a tad when you stated you went to a 'bargain shop in New York'
There is no such place!
Your gown lists for that amount here in the Dallas area. NY & California are always higher.

Has anyone ever used this place before?
