Picking out menu tonight!!!!

I'm going to finalize my menu tonight, anyone have any advice or things I should make sure of???

We were there recently for a non-wedding event - everything was great but the valet parking was HORRIBLE as we left. People were yelling and trying to take their own keys so they could get their cars themselves. They had 2 valets for an event that was 250 people. A banquet manager left as we were waiting 30 minutes, laughed and said it happens all the time!!! Again - the food and service were great, but the parking was all anyone talked about the next day.
