David's Bridal alterations

I was supposed to go to David's today for 2nd fitting, I called to see if I could go earlier than 6pm and she's like can you come at 6:30, or Monday? She says 'I should be finished by then'. They've had it since beg of May! And all she did was the hem she said so far. So Monday I am going at 7pm, which I have to pray all weekend now that they are ready for me then. Has anyone had alterations done at David's? If so, did they do a good job ultimately? Thanks.
