Gifts for Extended Wedding Party

My bridal party is only the MOH and BM, but I have what I'm calling an extended wedding party that consists of the following:

reader1: bride's best friend from high school
reader2: groom's best friend from high school
handfaster: bride's best friend

aunt 1: as close to MOB as can be
uncle 1: as close to FOB as can be

aunt 2: godmother of bride
aunt 3: surrogate wedding planner

aunt 4: groom's aunt (rep for deceased FOG)
MOG
uncle 2: groom's uncle (for unity candle with MOG)
Mother of Groom

A lot I know. Any suggestions? How much should I spend? I'm at a loss.

My 'extended wedding party' consists of my Grandmother, Our Aunts (who are the readers) and our Godparents (who are bringing up the gifts). For my Grandmother I got her a Grandmother hankie and a frame. We are going to take a pic of us with her at the wedding and after the wedding I am going to give her the pic to put in the frame. Our aunts are getting a frame. We are going to take a pic with each of them at the wedding and after the wedding we am going to give them the pic to put in the frame. Our godparents also are getting a frame and we are going to do the same thing as our aunts.
