Summer home for sale~$35,000, NEEDS SIDING AND A FEW OTHER THINGS

My husband's family is selling a 1.5 bedroom 'cottage' in Smallwood, NY, right near where they are building the Casinos in MOnticello. It's a small house with one large bedroom, one half bedroom, Kitchen, dining area and breezeway/livingroom. Its' a very cute home which needs tohave teh siding replaced and teh basement needs some new sheetrock~starting to get musty. The price is great and it's right near the lake~about .5 mile walking distance. I will be up there on teh weekend of teh 26th and I will get some pictures. It's cute and a good price/value. Real Estate up there will be doubling+ once teh casinos are built, investment, investment, investment!!!
