Atlantic City Boardwalk Hotel Recommendations?
Trying to set up a bachelorette party in AC the last weekend in August. Can anyone recommend a good hotel on the boardwalk, preferably one that has rooms with balconies?

My sister stayed at the Borgota recently and she loved it... I have no idea if it has rooms with balconies.

The borgata is beautiful but it's not on the boardwalk - it's by the marina that doesn't have a boardwalk. On the boardwalk there is Caesers, Showboat, Tropicana, Ballys, Claridge, etc. I don't know if any of them have a balcony. Bally's has a nice pool deck area that overlooks the boardwalk though.

My Favorite hotel is the Taj Mahal. I am going there the 18-20th actually. There are no balconies though. My FH is going that weekend for his bachelor party. I think they are staying at the Borgata. That is not on the boardwalk near the other casinos though. It is kinda far away from the others.

I think the suites in the Taj Mahal have balconies but they are VERY small.

I'm thinking the bride to be will have to get over the balcony thing - the suites are 3X the $ of the regular rooms.Thank you guys for your input, I'll pass it on to the rest of the bridal party. If anyone can think of any place else, that'd be great.

I just remembered that years ago we had a family GTG in AC. We all stayed at the Atlantic Palace Suites - there were kitchens & living rooms that made it comfortable to just hang out vs. sitting in a traditional hotel room. They were less expensive then the casino hotels. It's located right on the boardwalk next to ripleys.Palace Suites Hotel
