May 30th wedding review

First of all, thank you to everyone on this board for your suggestions and advice. I don't think my day would have been as perfect otherwise. My vendors were all fabulous and worked so well together!

The weather- better than I could have ever dreamed- my DH and I see it as a wedding gift from our grandparents who have passed.

The Watermill- A+
from beginning to end no problems. The maitre'd was ok. The bridal attendant Justine was absolutely wonderful. We got there early to take pics and were well taken care of. The food was great (so I'm told). The sorbet definitely was.

Flowers- Flower Michele (John)A+++++++++
What can I possibly say that hasn't been said already? Words could never begin to do his company justice. From day 1 we knew he was the perfect choice and were never disappointed. When I saw my bouquet I never wanted to put it down. The girls bouquets and the centerpieces were gorgeous. He was so patient when we were trying to choose a centerpiece. Also, his staff is always so pleasant to deal with over the phone.

DJ- Spin Around Sound (Tom and Rob) A++++
The music was perfect for our ceremony. We has asked them to loop the music for our first dance (since it was choreographed) and this was done perfectly. The dance floor did get a little slow towards the end, but I think it was just the nature of an afternoon wedding and some of the guests. Rob was also kind enough to hide my bouquet from a young cousin who kept running off with it.

Photography- Christine Spelman (Spelman studios) A+++++++++++++++++++++++
I haven't seen my proofs yet, but even if they're horrible (which I know is not the case!) she was incredible keeping me calm and keeping things flowing. She even caught me when I slipped walking down a ramp. Her work is amazing and meeting with her was similar to meeting with John (Flower Michele)- you just *know* they're perfect for the job.

Videography - Wild Rose (Bill)A++++++
Again, haven't seen the finished product, but so easy to work with. We weren't even sure about having video at all, but we were amazed by their work.

Sweetwaters- rehearsal dinner A++++++
very accomodating. the food was great. We have eaten there before and never disappointed.

Chai and Mazel for yarmulkes D
the only hitch along the way. FM for details

Favorite Things Invitations- A+++++++
Rebecca is so nice and was so patient while we debated over invitations.

Honeymoon A++++++++++++++++++
Hawaii- Maui and Kauai Hyatts. We had an amazing time. Wish we were still there.

That's all I can think of for now. Please let me know if you have questions or I can help in any way. Good luck to all future brides!
Michelle
