so far I have 2 swarovski bracelets.. so those are considered costume... I dont have my earrings or necklace yet. My tiara is swarovski as well.

I got mine from Claire's and they had the same ones that were on the website i bought my girls jewelry at www.weddingsparkles.com i got a pearl scalloped necklace and got my girls vine sets

spend a little time looking on ebay. I just got my tiara - ok 2 tiaras but who's counting. 
from a seller named eden_jewel she has really great stuff and was easy to work with. My tiara(s) looked even better in person than online very high quality workmanship and crystals.
I'm not wearing costume jewelery but that's where I'd start to look if I was.
Also I walk by a store in NYC everday it's on 6th I think arond 27th st - they have some really neat looking stuff. FM me if you want a specific location, I'll be sure to walk by it and get the name and specific location.

I got my bracelet at Swarovski and my earrings at Erwin Pearl in Roosevelt Field.
I got my tiara at Patchogue Floral.
