GRRRR... I feel a sore throat coming on I think I might be sick and I'm getting married on SUNDAY!!!

I just took two Tynelol FLu pills b/c it was the only thing I had in the house. Does echinchea work if I go and buy it in the morning??? I can't believe this!

go get some cold eze throat drops. They have zinc which REALLY works at keeping germs away. They sell them in drug stores- they're cherry flavored.

I know this is gunna sound NUTS but have you ladies noticed the last BUNCH of brides that have gotten married all get sick in some way or another right before the wedding? maybe its nerves and its so strong and your so nervous that it affects your body this way?

YES- take Eccheneccia! I have been taking it for the past few days since some people I have been around have been sick and so far so good! I always take it when I start to feel crappy and it totally works! It can't hurt you so there is no down side to taking it! I would also take vitiman C- either pills or a lot of OJ!Good luck and feel better!

This may sound ridiculous but go to Starbucks and get a tall chai latte. My friend told me to do it when I was feeling ill...I had no voice, my throat hurt and I did not feel like getting out of bed. She kept pestering me about the stupid chai latte...so I went to Starbuck's and it really was a cure all. Very weird, but it worked faster than the tylenol. Just get the tall size and you can keep adding hot water for like 3 cups.

ETA: No, I don't work at Starbuck's and I actually prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee in the morning. But, when I am ill, I swear by the tall chai lattee (for all the fake bride inspectors, lol).

thanks girls. i am going to try and rest as much as possible today. i have to go to the NRC to drop off some stuff and then to get my hair and nails done and then i'm gonna come home and relax and rest. I hope I'll be okay

Feel better!!! Definitely take it easy today. If you can find some, drink some Naked Juice - it's highly concentrated so you get a great boost from the vitamins.

Oh, and FEEL BETTER! Don't stress or you will feel worse. And I know something that makes you feel much better, I'm just not sure you want to do it the day before the wedding

This might sound silly but I tell all my friends to do this when they have a sore throat and it REALLY works: Get about 6oz of hot water, add about 2 tablespoons of salt. Take some, gargle, spit it out, and continue til you're done with all 6 oz. You'll feel tons better!!
