Where to honeymoon in September??

Where to honeymoon in September??

The vacation spots that I am interested in, Mexico, Costa Rica..., are in hurricane/rainy season. Any suggestions?

It depends where in mexcico you're looking to go . Anything on the Carribean will be in hurricane season. We're going to Acapulco and Puerto Vallarta in October, which is the Pacific coast.

We are going to Nevis, near the equator, I have heard that they don't see many hurricanes... Then we're doing a southern caribbean cruise and taking our chances (supposedly the more south you go, the less risk)

Aruba is a safe bet...its out of the hurricane belt/area and still tropical.

The carribbean is hurricane season between July and November... However, just because it's hurrican season, doesn't mean that it'll rain that entire time. It's just about having luck of the draw.

Along with Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao...St Vincent and the Grenadine's are also outside of the hurricane belt.

Costa Rica is on the Pacific side - it should not be affected by the Carribean hurrican season.
