Let's talk wedding guest fashion...

Ok,

So I am going to the wedding I was bitching about earlier. I am planning on buying this dress to wear to it:

I have 2 questions:
1) I am looking for shoes that are no more than 2' high to go with it. Do you have any suggestions?

2) How should I wear my hair, up or down?

Are you going to get it in that color...? I'm just not a fan of pink! BUT I love the style of the dress. I would go with your hair down as well.

You are a much better person than myself..I was also bitching about a wedding so I went to Macy's and got a funky dress that is brown with magenta, beige and blush petals (cant find it on the website). It gets better...I was at the GAP with FH getting him shorts and I found flip flops that matched the dress perfect. It was like they were sent from above!

The dress only comes in pink and black and I am one of those people that beleives guests shouldn't wear black to a wedding.

The wedding is at 2pm, the reception at 6pm on a Sunday.

How long is your hair? I'd probably pull mine back into a low tight pony tail or chignon with that dress.

I like the low ponytail idea.

I would have dark tan shoes, or maybe a darker pink.

My hair is ALMOST shoulder length.

I think an elegant up do or the pull back would be very nice. I really love your dress it is very pretty and feminine.

Try DSW they have tons of shoes you might be able to find a nice pair of strappy sandles or try Rockville Center there is a huge shoe store on the corner. I think the name is Reah Nichols ? It is on the corner by all the restaurants on Sunrise Hwy. I purchased my wedding shoes there. They were so comfortable I never wore my slippers.

But i would not wear a darker pink shoe, nude or white IMO

I love the dress and think the pink is pretty. I would go look at Nine West. I recently got a sale email and they have cute pink sandles on sale.

Glad to see you decided to go afterall

Oh and I love the low ponytail idea. However I like the way here hair looks free and flowing with a bit of wave.
