Re: Westbury Manor...Ceremony question HELP

We are getting married at the Westbury Manor on a Friday night. Our ceremony is at 6:30. Maybe it was booked? What day are you looking at?

We are getting married outside depending on weather. Our cocktail hour is at 7:00.

What did he say to you?

P.S- We are having a minister come to WM since neither one of us belongs to a church either.

Re: Westbury Manor...Ceremony question HELP

That stinks! I don't know anything about WM, but if you end up going the church route I have some input. FH and I are not particularly religious however my family is so we are getting married in a catholic church. I am catholic and have been confirmed. FH was baptized catholic and that was it. We were told as long as he was baptized catholic there would not be a problem with getting married in a catholic ceremony. Also, you do not need to be a member of a church in order to get married there. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Re: Westbury Manor...Ceremony question HELP

My sister got married there in April and had her ceremony on a Friday night. They may already have another wedding booked in the room where they usually do the wedding's (Downstairs room). Westbury Manor is beautiful and I would definitely recommend them. Did you check out Fox Hollow? Same owners and also beautiful. Good luck in choosing.
