Re: looking for quick and EASY recipes????

the easiest thing I make is a ground chicken (or turkey) pasta thing.

Cook the meat. (drain if fatty)
Stir in 1 can of Contadina Tomato Sauce (Italian seasoning flavor)
and 1 can of Contadina Diced Tomatoes (either italian style or Marinara is good too) (its either 8 or 12 oz cans, i can't remember)
let simmer for a bit, add more spices if you want

then stir in about one box of any kind of cooked pasta (i like rigatoni or rotini)

top with parmesan and DONE! its really quick and not much preparation.

thats my 'don't feel like cooking' recipe. got it from my mom.

Re: looking for quick and EASY recipes????

I buy a bag of caesar salad mix from the grocery store (has parmesan, croutons, dressing already in it)

Then grill up some thinly sliced chicken breast (if you have time, marinate it overnight in some garlic and oil and spices if you like) on the George Forman cut it up, throw on salad, and tada!!

He thinks I am a gourment.

Another favorite: Grill up some onions and peppers in a frying pan, throw some cubes of chicken (with adobo sprinkled on) in...saute until chicken is just cooked through (7 mins or so) Place a little bit of olive oil in seperate pan, place a tortilla in it, spread with thin layer of refried beans, jack cheese, and then the chicken/veggie mixture. Top with another tortilla and flip.

Make an awesome, cheap and filling quesadilla dinner. My man gets this about twice per week!!!

Let me know if you want the EASIEST fish recipe ever. It's super yummy, and takes 5 minutes!

Good luck.
