Check out your vendors' BBB complaints!

You can check out potential vendors to see if any customers have filed complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I never realized this until today. I hope it helps!

Thanks! It's weird that some companies come up (even if they have no complaints) while others don't come up at all. Luckily, my florist has had 0 complaints so far. Granted, he hasn't returned my call in 3 weeks, but whatev

I did this with ALL of mine..I even changed a vendor I was gonna use use due to it...

i strongly suggest this had did a search only after i had problems with a vendor. BBB has become our new best friend

I think places come up on there even if there are no complaints because they can be a member or something. I may be totally off, but I think thats what it is...

I think your right, you just have to be a member to come up, if you have a complaint it's listed but if they don't have a complaint the name will still comes up
