$125 per head before taxes and service for a sit down Sat night dinner in June. This does not include the site fee. Godd luck!

Mine I think started at $130 p/p for a summer night SUNDAY wedding. Im not sure if that includes the tax and grat. though. I never asked about Sat but im sure its more $$$ and the min. goes from 175 to 200+

we also paid 125 per head before taxes and gratuity. its for a saturday night (same date as you). we had to guarantee 250 people. they threw in a lot of extras though.

I know it sounds crazy that I don't know the total costs before booking but I know I wanted this site- its beautiful and no one I knew had a wedding there(tough to find when EVERYONE I know has been married already). It is frustrating since I won't know total cost until I set the menu. The site fee is only $400 and the prices range from 70 a per head to around 130, depending on the food choices, all within my price range. Since we will be negotiating the price based on food, I really needed the ballparks for the area.

I thought u had booked it without knowing how much!!!! I feel better now. I am paying 150 a head with all the taxes and etc...... 182. Hope it's all worth it girls!

ok- I feel better now. Mine is pretty resonable- I'm not sure of the total but its under $100 a person without tax, gratutity and cake with all the extras they tack on. Its not like a regular hall and is so frustrating!

Depending on the menu you choose, Milleridge Cottage runs from $104pp to $117pp + tax and 17% service charge.

I am having it on a Friday nite but on Saturday it is $110 pp.

We're end of summer if it helps - $100pp & 200 min for Sun even. of Labor Day weekend. They threw in a free dessert & the espresso/cap/cordial cart.

$150 pp for a Saturday night before taxes. I think it's around $190-200 after tax & service

With tax and gratuity, for a Sat. nite, I believe it is between 170-200 pp. We are getting married on a Friday for 120 pp.

my hall for a sat nite is 180 per person i think its a 175 min.
