Rehearsal dinner restaurant??
With a private room in the RVC, Lynbrook or Franklin Square area?? Preferably Italian food..

We had our rehearsal dinner at a restaurant called Fabio's. It is an italian family style restaurant in Hempstead (off the Wantagh pkwy). It was delicious and all our guests raved about it. They also have a separate room if you wanted.

We had my FI shower at Cafe Grappa in East Meadow (off Hempstead Turnpike).. More than likely, we'll book our RD there b/c everyone raved about the food. Backroom was re-done with workable fireplace. Fits about 50 comfortably.

There is also an Italian restaurant in VS on Rockaway Ave (off Merrick Rd.). Strappa Trattoria...very good fodd. Not sure about the room...we're also checking that place out soon.

What about La Palma in Oceanside....this is where we had ours and the food was so yummy...they also have a big private room upstairs which was really nice too

Ciao in Oceanside has gourmet brickoven pizzas. It was idea we tossed around. We don't want to have everyone fill up the night before the wedding...plenty of good food then.
