Anything, stores, restaraunts, anyting interesting I should know about living there. We found the king kullen the other day... I've never moved before, I don't know what it's like to not know where everything is and how to get there. Good pizza places?

If its one thing Franklin Square has its good pizza places! King Umbertos is great they are on Hempsted TPK and Cinellies is pretty good also (they deliver) also on Hempsted TPK. Good luck in your new place!

Mama Theresa's on Jericho Tpke. in Mineola is also fantastic- just a few minutes in the car.I am from FS myself- the part closer to West Hempstead/Malverne though.
Croxley's is great though, and also Filomena's on Hempstead Tpke. across from Taco Bell/Wendy's is great Italian.

Re: Anyone in Franklin Square/garden City park?
I'm from FS - for good pizza, check out Carmella's on hempstead tpke. I agree about croxleys - good food/wings! There is also a grand union right into west hempstead on the tpke. Anything else, feel free to FM.Oops - it was a Pathmark on Hempstead Tpke. in West Hempstead (forgot it changed over a few years ago).

Re: Anyone in Franklin Square/garden City park?
For pizza, I like Pizza Tonight on Dogwood Ave. There is a Grand Union on the Tpke, towards W. Hemp. that is where the KB Toy store is and the 1/2 off cards (one by King Kullen too) and Dress Barn is. Legend Pharmacy is nice on the Tpke. (near the old EAB bank) if you don't like the major chains. They just opened a Walgreens on Franklin Ave. towards the S. State. Ralph's in on Franklin Ave too. For Chinese, we always do Jani on the Tpke. For hardware stores, locally Ronnie's on Franklin Ave. (near the Tpke.). Anything else? Hope you like it there!
