LOVE this house!

LOVE this house!

FH and I are having problems with the other renter in the house and it is giving us the itch to start house hunting. We have like no money so I dont see how this is possible and we have to stay in NY for FH's job. I love this house! It looks perfect for us. But its just not going to happen.

that looks like a really nice house for a great price. The taxes seem a little high, though.

Very very nice but the taxes are too high. The kitchen is very nice and so is the first bathroom in the pictures...Looks like the house was well taken care of. If you dont mind the taxes then I would go for it

Wow! I must have a really warped view of taxes. I've been looking in Suffolk County and the cheapest taxes I've seen so far are $8,500. Most are like $10,000! Maybe I should move back to Nassau!

I saw this house on line too... it looks so clean. Perhaps the taxes are high b/c it's a bigger lot? or a better school district?
I asked to check it out, but might be living a dream! Hang in there... something will work out for all of us!!!!

Very nice house and well maintained. I live in Levittown and my taxes are higher. I don't think the taxes on this house are too high at all. Plus this probably doesn't include the Star rebate.

One of the perks about Levittown and the taxes are the pools!

I think you should speak with a mortgage broker.... that house is great, and by most means pretty affordable. You can talk to the broker about all kinds of different mortgages that do not require as much of a downpayment as you would think.

i dont think that the taxes are high. i know several people in levittown that pay about that or more. my taxes are going to be the same as that and i have the same lot size. it might not reflect the star.

FH & I are in love with that house! But we decided for us to afford that btwn the mortgage, and the taxes, and ur usual bills...we'd be eating mac and cheese every day!

But it really is a gorgeous house!

Us too...all of the places we were looking the taxes were close to $10.000 and that was for a house built in the '70s! I didn't think that Suffolk's taxes were higher than Nassau's taxes.
