Does anyone remember the bakery name that East Wind recommends???

This is the bakery East Wind uses for the cake that comes in the package, right? I don;t remember they recommending anything because its included in the package...unless i guess you opt out...but you make all the cake decisions, etc with East Wind at your appt for the menu....

the bakery is ok right? i am worried about it? does anyone know what is included in the east wind cake package? do you have to spend more if you want fondant?

Yes, it is included unless you would like to upgrade for a special cake. I know fondant is more money.

I'm getting pastries on the tables and they come from the Rolling Pin also.

I never realized the cake is included in the price...well thats good at least--one less thin for me to worry about.

Fondant is great for decorating but not to tasty! (Just my own opinion)

I just had my wedding cake top on Monday, and after a year I will tell you that the cake still tasted pretty good!!! On our wedding day it was delicious!

Ohhhhh...so thats what that is.....never knew that had a name.......Yeah I agree, very pretty lookwise, but cant understand how tasty that is.??

it's not tasty at all ... it's like eating paste .. they usually take it off the cake and serve what's underneath I think
