Re: Catalog Modeling...

I would guess through an agency, but there are so many agencies that make you pay to get a huge portfolio and then never get you any jobs, so stick with the reputable ones. Try Ford maybe? I'm so clueless. Sorry!

Re: Catalog Modeling...

Is it for you or a child.
My daughter did stuff for Childrens place but she has an agent who books her jobs.

I would say that you can send your headshots or sanpshots in to the agency and they then may set up an interview with you/child and decide if they want to represent you.

Re: Catalog Modeling...

You need a print agent. First you should get some photos done. For print work you want full body shots, 3/4 shots and maybe a headshot. There is a publication called the Ross Report. In it you will find all the agencies in NYC. Once you have some pictures start submitting yourself to the agents. DO NOT give people money upfront. If they ask for that run. Any reputable agency will not ask you for money upfront. Good luck.

I used to do catalohg modeling awhile back. I used to have an agent who would get me the print jobs. You also need good portfolios.
