Bachelorette Party issue...how do I handle this?

I want to have my party in Las Vegas. I want to invite my best friend (MOH) and some other girls. I don't want to invite my FH sister, but she is my BM. She is a nice person and there isn't anything wrong with her. She is just not as crazy as the rest of us are. She is a good, church going woman so I don't think she would enjoy (or even approve of) all the drinking, going to bars, and hanging out at male strip clubs which we plan on doing while we are there. And I would not feel comfortable with her around knowing the kind of person she is.

So how do I handle not inviting her? Do I just not tell her? I was thinking that since it is also a celebration of my brithday, I can use that as an excuse. I really don't want to hurt her feelings, especially since we live in the same house.

I'd invite her and make it be her decision not to go. If she's not comfortable with drinking and gambling, she probably won't want to.

I agree! If you do not invite her, she could get offended and not a good way to start off with FH's family

Maybe invite her, but arrange for all of you to go out together first for a wild crazy pre-bachelorette party? Maybe she will see that she won't really have fun, or who knows- maybe she'll think she's been missing out on a lot of fun!

I'd invite her - she doesn't sound like someone who would say yes to a trip to Vegas anyway.

I would still invite her. Give her that opportunity to say yah or nay. Don't be fooled church going people get their freak on as well. My shower was on Saturday and FSIL and FMIL were there. I had two male strippers and I enjoyed myself. I showed my a$$ and I will do it again!!!! Men have been doing it for years and it is nothing wrong with having innocent fun.
