So any day now I'd like to close.....(vent)

God this is taking forever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our bid accpeted June 4th, Not in full contract unitl mid July...
Now today (after calling my lawyer) they will hopefully cash our g*ddamn contract check...

I HATE WAITING!!!! Still for the title search, and for the mortgage to be finalized!!
AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh
Contract date syas on or about Aug 15th!!!!

I just want to be in before school starts for me!!!! I have all summer and wish I could be working on packing and unpacking, fixing etc!!!!

God do I know this feeling. I had this long drawn out closing with SELLING my 1br co-op.

The buyer used Washington Mutual... and boy did they screw things up BAD. They tried to take back his rate lock of 4 7/8. Their appraisal company *LOST* the appraisal of my place... so they had to do it again. The buyer's attorney ended up threatening them.

I mean... issue after issue.
