Parents are having an open house this w/e for anyone interested...

My parents are selling their house - much to my dismay. Yeah, I know I don't live here really anymore - but still don't like the idea of the selling the house i grew up in.

Anyhow. It's a three bedroom ranch in Smithtown. Whole main floor has been renovated within the last 2 or 3 years, central air, etc. And, as an added bonus, it's walking distance from Maureen's Kitchen (for those who don't know - the most fabulous breakfast/lunch resturaunt on Long Island).

It's located off Terry Road on the opposite side of 347 from the Watermill. Open house is from 12-4 tomorrow.

And I know how you feel abuot the house selling stuff...my parents just put their house on the market too.....

Thats EXACTLY the type of house I would be looking for if I was in the market now. Right in the area I want too.

Price is well... acceptable I guess for that location.

Georgeous house. If this was a year later... maybe i'd be down there at the open house.
