Hair and Makeup in the Valley Stream area

I really need to find a person who can do my hair on my wedding day...
I have long very wavy hair and need someone who can manage frizz really well! I want to wear it down and super wavy...NOT SPIRAL CURLS. I already had a not-what-I-want hair style experiment...so I know what I don't want.

I will be in Valley Stream on the morning of my wedding, so I am looking for someone who can either travel there or is based nearby. (Franklin Square, Lynbrook, Rockville Center...)

I cannot spend more than $150 on my Hair/Makeup combined so please let me know your range.
