Need help from you talented crafty folks. Making earrings into Necklace

Here's my BM jewerly.. The center is already a necklace, slightly larger and slightly different for my MOH.
The long earrings I was hoping to make into necklaces for the two BM.
Anyone feel like helping a klutz out? I'm willing to pay you for your help.
