Human Resources Manager
· Responsible for all aspects of recruiting - Source, screen, qualify and refer candidates to management, check references and extend offers
· Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews
· Develop and maintain relationship with external recruiting agencies
· Benefits administration including renewals and daily administration
· Completed analysis of various insurance policies to compare cost and quality against current policy
· Assure compliance with all applicable federal and state labor laws
· Accountable for development and implementation of human resources policy and procedures, and employee relations
