Any brides go there for photos? What are the best spots? From the website, I saw there is a japanese gardens. Is that a very nice spot? What is the procedure in getting a permit? How much and was it worth it?Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The BBG is beautiful but their fees are quite high (hundreds of dollars for a short period of time) and their restrictions are tight. You can take photos in Prospect Park and Grand Army for free. Just a suggestion.

The guidelines for photos are on their site here:BBG Photos
It's $250 for 45 minutes.
I agree with SonicStef - go to the park - it's free and lots there's lots of beautiful locations.
