Anyone doing a beach theme?

I wanted to use the sand dollars as place cards. Does anyone know of a good pen (that would bleed) to write on them with? Thanks.

Just a thought - Instead of writing on them, what if you attached a tag through one of the holes of the sand dollar and then wrote name and table number on that? That way the guest could bring home the sand dollar and use it again because it wouldn't have writing on it.

Those are pretty! I was thinking of doing the same thing. I think it was in Martha Stewart weddings once where somebody wrote directly on them, but I don't know if it said what kind of pen/ink to use.
