All I know is that SUNY farmindale is off Route 110...just passed it on my way to Estelle's a few days ago...dont know where the gardens are though

I don't know if you need an appt. I know the campus is open weekends (my mom works there), so you can probably just go over.... In public places do they 'close down' for just you to take pictures?

I go to school there at night and pass right by there on Tues and Wednesdays. You take the LIE to exit 49S and then RTE 110 ALL the way down, pass Adventureland. You will come to a light with a big Farmingdale sign and a big red building with a dome. Make a right onto campus and the gardens will be right up ahead on the left....you cant miss them.
You can call Farmingdale's main switchboard: 631-420-2000 they are open until 4:45pm Mon-Fri.
