How many times did you see your house before making an offer?

We saw it on Sat and then had our contractor friend go see it today...Is is bad that I still want to go back one more time this weekend?

the house that we're ultimately buying, we saw 3-4 times over 2 months. During that time we made offers on other houses after seeing them just once or twice, and we ended up retracting the offers after seeing them again.

Definitely go see it again, if thats what you feel you need. You notice something new each time.

We made an offer the 1st time we viewed it. We did all the paperwork in the driveway!

(It was the 1st day it was put on the market and we were already the 2nd bid.)

we saw it 2 or 3 times. I was the one who wasn't sure, since it needs a lot of work.

We saw the house twice and then put in a offer but we drove past like 2 other times and just peeked. We weren't sure we were going to make the offer and then we accidentally ran into the owners when we were peeking at the house and they recognized us from the open house we started chatting, they answered questions and we bid like 2 days later. next day our bid was accepted.

Our house had just gone on the market that day .. we walked through .. and knew even before getting upstairs (the best part of the house) that we wanted it .. after walking out the door .. we headed straight back to the agent's office, where she called the home owners and presented our offer .. after a few minutes and a couple of questions from them .. our offer was accepted!!

Saw it the first day on the market during an open house. We saw it for 15 minutes and that night we placed a bid....we couldnt waste time there were 3 other bids that day! We are closing in a month and half and I still have only seen it for 15 minutes....SCARY!!
