i dont have a recipe but they make low carb bread crumbs i use 4c

I dont remember how many points it is, maybe 4 per cutlet....
but you can coat the cutlet in light mayo and dip it in crushed baked lays potato chips mixed with a little seasoning like cajun, or whatever flavor you like! Then just bake it until the chicken is cooked! Its really good!!

you can also use egg white and corn flake crumbs (seasoned as you like)
