Re: Chicken Recipe

Posted by jenny2penny

mine is cooking right now while I sit here at work - LORD I LOVE THE CROCKPOT

It's my own creation of healthy mexican chicken

like a chili,,,,but not chpped meat, I use chicken tenders.

throw into crockpot
tomoto pure and diced toms
chili seasonings
kidney, cancelli, black beans
onions
jalapenios
corn
(any veggies you want)

I suppose you could serve over pasta or rice...but I need to cut that out during the week, so I loaded veggies in it to get full on.

I just got a healthu crockpot recipe book, so infor the future my goal is to pick out more to cook ever late night, so it's ready when I get home at 8:30pm

I am making chili this week - this sounds sooo good

I live for easy ones too...that's why I finally took the crock pot out. it's all cooking while you are at work, adn only 1 POT TO CLEAN afterwards.

you can do the good old campbell soup cream of mushroom over chicken.
I do that in crock pot (use reduced fat can)
add some milk,,,and I like to add veggies like celary, onions, peas, and chicken.

Sounds so good. I just got a crock pot. I want to make ribs in it. Sounds too easy.
