How Many Smokers?

Are you a smoker? I mean cigarettes by the way. Not trying to get people arrested.

I smoke socially but that is rare. Never smoke alone. I guess I am a dumb smoker. A peer pressured one!!!

i used to smoke for 12 years. I quit last February and never went back to it even once.

I was a heavy smoker, too...usually 2 packs a day...more if I was at work (at the bar).

DH still smokes...it drives me nuts.....I have become the hypocritical former smoker

Same here. And its ironic considering my extensive 'bar' background.

My FW was a former heavy smoker... and she is the same 'hypocritical' type that HeartBellz mentions. She hates it now.

DH and I quit when we got back from the HM. If feel great from it but the weight gain is horrific especailly since I lost 45 punds before the wedding, I guess its the only drawback

I use to smoke 'socially' ... never on my own did a crave a cig. Only when I was at a bar or drinking with my g'friensd did I bum cigarettes off my smoker friends. I loved the taste of a cigarette when I was half-drunk ..

but now I cannot even do that.. lost all desire (then again, I cannot tell you the last time I was at a bar!!

My best man quit cold turkey. Balooned 30 pounds extra afterwards. Then lost about 60 through extensive exercise. Now THATS incredible! I could never do it.

Yeah, quitting cold turkey is hard that way...you definately need to get into a workout routine right away....that is awesome that he did it! He must feel great!

I just started working out again every morning I do 45 min on the trwadmill & 20 min of Pilates.....hopefully I can get back down to my *target* weight.
