HELP pic a color...pics...opinions!!

I have been contemplating what color to do for the bridesmaid dresses (and essentially the rest of the wedding decor). I had decided on Aqua. Then I was at the florist last night and the flowers I liked (the combination) would go better with a sage/celery green colored dress (that's the best way to explain the color). Flowers I like are green hydrangeas, peonies, gerber daisies and roses.

Question- Is it ok to use sage green in June?

The color combo I LOVE and have seen a lot of it is pink and green (also love pink and brown). I am SO afraid I will get my heart set on it and the girls will HATE it.

I absolutely love the second dress. The color is beautiful and goes nicely w/ the flowers. I dont think its too dark for june at all.

My wedding is July 1 and my girls will be in sage green. It is a very rich color. I also love the first bouquet.

Don't worry about the time of year when your bridesmaid dresses are concerned. The dress style will reflect the time of year. I love the sage green dress with the second bouquet.

I think the sage color is best with those flowers, and its perfect for June! The flowers are GORGEOUS!!!

I like the 1st dress.
You might even want to consider waiting a littel bit to order dresses and decide colors. Designers will be coming out with a lot of new designs over the next year with a lot of new colors and shades. Over the past 4 months since i've been engaged, i've changed my color scheme 3 different times.

We're not going to order the dresses just yet, I am trying to decide the color scheme. We'll probably start shopping for the dresses next summer.

You should also think about if the color looks good on all your girls skin tone. I had aqua blue BM dresses and the color was amazing for summer and the pictures, WOW, that dress you have in #1 looks a little more turquoise, it's tough. I will try to send you a picture of my BM dresses.

I also loved aqua but found that it was a really difficult color to work with in terms of finding flowers to go with it. That said, I think it is entirely appropriate to use sage during the spring or summer, particularly if you're using it with light pink. There was actually a whole sage/celadon and pink article in (I think) Modern Bride a few issues ago--when I go home I'll see if I can find it for you.
