God help me I hate my wedding, Is it over yet???

I hate my dress
I hate the ceremony set up
I hate that I’ll have white flowers in my hall when I want NO white (other option was to pay for flowers which would have been fine had I know except I just found out last night or to leave the fireplace bare – eww)
I hate the details that aren’t going my way
I hate that most of the folks AT my wedding don’t know me.

I HATE my wedding! Just get me out of this stupid hell hole I put myself in! I just want to go straight to Disneyworld!

I have never had such a LOVE/HATE relationship before-- I know how you feel. I love what we are doing, where we are having our wedding and my FH.. HATE how many problems/comments our parents are causing.
It will get better, You will be so happy that day all of this won't bother you. -Kelly

I love your asian theme wedding and it's going to be perfect and more beautiful than you've dreamed. I just know it. You are having one of the most interesting weddings of all the girls on here and in a GREAT catering hall AND you will be a BEAUTIFUL bride! You'll see

I have TOTALLY had similar moments- I really wanted to do something small at a winery in the Finger Lakes. But I chose to do something here so people would not feel put out about having to travel, etc, and most of those people I considered when choosing something here ARE NOT COMING!

i can relate
try not to let the problems that are arising ruin your day - - it is after all your day and when it is all said and done the fireplace flowers and all the little things wont really matter as much as the fact that you are married to the one you love
take a breather - and remember if you need to vent .....

It'll be here soon and then you'll realize that it's all worth it!

You may not know everyone who is at your wedding - but the people that matter will be there ( )

You may not LOVE your dress right now, but it's normal to have last minute doubts about it - you are going to look gorgeous and you know it!

Stop thinking that it's going to be terrible....try to think that despite all of the trouble you're going through, it will be wonderful!

You will be fine i didn't like my dress at first, but once my wedding day came i glad i made the choice of keep it. So keep your head up.

I totally understand. The last few weeks seem stressful because you want everything done in time and be perfect. and best wishes for a wonderful wedding.

I can relate. I hate my dress and can't find jewelry to match. Couldn't get the exact CP's I wanted. FH doesn't think we need a photojournalist or a chocolate fountain. So many things I want I can't have. Also about 80% of FH's family never met me before. Doesn't look like we are meeting our minimum. The list is endless. All I can say is try to think positive and remember you are marrying the love of your life, and I think in the end all these little things won't matter as much. That's what I tell myself.

Somedays I love it, somedays I hate it.

Somedays I just can't wait. Somedays I just want to go to Vegas.

We just went to 2 weddings this past weekend and all of our friends kept saying 'You're next!!' We also mailed our invites and people started telling me they got them already. My Mom handed me her response last night, first one!

So now, I'm having a 'loving it' day cuz all I can think is 'I'm gonna be a bride! I'm gonna be a bride! ' It finally seems real.

Each day can bring it's ney joys or frustrations. Hopefully less of the latter for all of us.

I don't understand why you have to have white only flowers for your ceremony, why are you only finding this out now?

I didn't know 1/2 my guests either. But I guess it's difference b/c your FH's relatives/friends speak Chinese? I loved all of FH's friends/relatives.

I think maybe you're up to your neck in stress. I hope that your wedding day is better than what you think it might be. Just please smile on that day, if you go around all glum you won't have a good day because you'll be too busy being cranky. Whatever happens, happens. You're marrying the love of your life

Hi,

Had my wedding at Stewart Manor a couple of weeks ago and know what you mean about the white flower over the mantle. My mom had a big problem with it. So what James did was wrap a red ribbon that weaved in and out of the flowers. My mom was happy as long as the whiteness was broken up, if you know what I mean.

You are definately getting stressed out as the day comes nearer. But seriously the day goes by so fast. I have to say though I loved the way I decorated the gazebo outside.

Everything will be ok.
