HELP Please!! Especially past brides -- how do they count people toward your minimum?
Please help... I am so confused on this.
Okay our minimum is 180.
According to our contract After we meet our minimum:
Children under 6 are free
Children 6 - 12 are 1/2 price
Vendors are 1/2 price
Here are my counts (the way they want me to fill in the sheet)
Adults = 176
Children 6 -12 = 2
Children under 6 = 4
Vendors = 5
Do I have to pay for 180 reg price adults and THEN the others on top of that? Or can my vendors and children count toward meeting my minimum?

Your vendors and children can count towards your total headcount, and the discounts apply after hat is met

I had the same question lol
so I went to sandcastle and this is what I was told. You need to pay for 180 FULL PRICE PLATES. BUT I know they were willing to work with me on letting the vendors count twords that #.

Yup what Holly said. I had the same dispute with my hall about a month ago, but this is how they explained it to me.

Based on this you would be charged the full adult price for:
176 adults and 4 vendors
You would pay half for
1 vendor and the 2 children 6 - 12.
Children under 6 are still free.
