I registered to vote today

I know this is stupid - but I never registered to vote - I'm 24 now. SO, I went online to rock the vote and did it. Just wanted to share.

Re: I registered to vote today

I did it about a month ago with FI. We moved last Feb and had to re-register. My card came in Friday with all my voter info on it.

Good for you! Encourage other friends you know to do the same - only a week left until it is too late!

Re: I registered to vote today

Please, please, please get everyone you know to register and get them to vote. I'm a social studies and economics teacher. I even vote when they have the election for water commissioner It's so important.

1. This next president will appoint 4 Supreme Court Justices and could very well change our lives and the lives of generations to come.

2. The war

3. Stem Cell Research- all of those people with strokes and brain injuries, never mind all of the others.

4. The economy- outsourcing of many jobs.

Ugh, I could go on and on.

Re: I registered to vote today

Cool. I registered to vote, then realized I don't have a candidate I support enough to vote for. Sucks!
