My menu-please proof read



Decided to maybe take on the task of menu's...I want to get the little things done early

Can you just proofread and see if I made an grammer/spelling errors???

MENU
Champagne Toast

Appetizer
Hawaiian Pineapple Royale
A fresh golden ring topped with select seasonal melons, imported grapes, and California strawberries

Salad
Spring Garden
A blend of seasonal greens served with vine-ripe cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and topped with select green and black olives tossed in our house Italian vinaigrette

Intermezzo
Lemon
Served in a chilled glass and topped with Midori liqueur and a spring of fresh mint

Entrée Selections –Your choice of:

Beef

Filet Mignon au Poivre
Roasted slices of prime center cut filet mignon, served with a Dijon tri-colored peppercorn brandy sauce

Poultry

Pollo Rollatini
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with Parma prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, baked in a roasted demi-glaze sauce

Fish

Asian Salmon
Grilled Norwegian fillet topped with a blend of fine herbs and traditional Japanese bread crumbs

Dessert
Watermill Sundae
Traditional sundae accompanied by a lady finger cookie

Wedding Cake

IMO, I would take out he fish, poultry, and beef.

People know that, I think it will be classier without.

I agree. I would take out that part too. It all sounds yummy!

YUM--I'm hungry now.

Just one other thing....to double check is it a 'spring' of mint or 'sprig' of mint on your Intermezzo?

Everything looks great but I would also omit the Fish, Poultry, Beef catagories as well.

WOW..great catch...your right, it's 'sprig'...see...I did need yas!!
People would have been laughing asking what a 'spring of mint' was!

Yep, intermezzo is the name of the course. I was just wondering if the dish had another, maybe more accurate name. I *think* an intermezzo is usually sorbet, but I could be wrong.

Sorry to be picky, but my first reaction was 'wow, a whole lemon in a chilled glass, how interesting!'

ETA: That chicken entree sounds amazing!!!
